We are growing We are dedicated In all seriousness this is a growing company and like ALL growing companies it will make mistakes from time-to-time and there is always room to make things better but on the whole a great opportunity.

Pros

Very challenging from an intellectual stand point. I've learned more in the last 2 years then I've learned since I was in college. They encourage you to learn new things and try out new tech. There are some very smart doctorates here that love teaching what they know. In my con list I'm going to list overworked and a ton of overtime. However you do get a good amount of vacation/personal time. Higher than average for our industry.

Cons

Overworked, a ton of overtime. Understaffed. No bonus structure. They have profit sharing but it doesn't look like they'll be selling or offering any type of stock anytime soon. Some personalities can be a bit overbearing, but once you get used to them and they get used to you, it's all good.

Pros

I love so much about this company! I love the intellect of Sr. Mgmt. I love that we are cutting edge. I love traveling to visit my clients. I love my managers hands-off approach. I love the monthly fun team events. Diversity is key for me. I can be doing any one of a hundred different projects on any given day depending on my client's needs - and I thrive on it! I have to say my colleagues are all quite amazing. Always kind, helpful & professional. No one here will throw you under the bus. Everyone works together to resolve any issue you may have. It's quite amazing.

Cons

From my perspective the only cons are the disgruntled employees who might have been here too long and should consider moving on.
