None really. Maybe the experience if you're entry level.

Cons

Favoritism, abusive manager, very low pay with no merit increases, no room for growth. Gossip everywhere. High turnover. Shady HR and business practices. They don't want to hear your ideas, they just want you to bring in money. Avoid R&D if you can.

Good teams and employees at the field level. Decent pay.

Cons

Disorganized and no future vision or open communication from upper management. No r&d and no pipeline for companion animal, except for some generics. No true future in the parasiticide arena. Getting completely dominated by the competition with no changes to compete. Budgets slashed in the field. Upper management and HR are suspect. Management out of touch with the industry. One dropped ball after another. The company has 0 respect for the customer or end customer. Complete lack of professionalism from upper management across the board. Easily the highest turnover % company for field reps in the veterinary sales industry.
