Pros

There are still a few good people left.

Cons

Broken, patched together processes and systems make doing business next to impossible. Executive leadership is so focused on getting to IPO that many good employees are running for the door. Over the past 3 years benefits have been cut, PTO has been reduced, raises were delayed, and HR was outsourced, just to name a few of the reasons that people hate their jobs. This company will delay your paycheck and act as if it's no big deal.

All I can say is it’s a job.

Cons

So many to list..1. Benefits dept is horrible. Emails get ignored. Tickets stay open with out resolution. If you need tuition reimbursement forget it because it will take months to even get noticed. Paychecks constantly messed up. Money taken out of paychecks with out an explanation other then deductions weren’t accurate. 2. Insurance is horrible. Might as well not have insurance. High deductible and high premium. 3. Toxic culture. 4. Incompetent and insecure managers 5. Sad raises

Very unprofessional company to work for

Pros

If you're a relative of the supervisor with no experience you are guaranteed a job.

Cons

I worked for this company for 5 years and I was let go because my manager and supervisor was very unprofessional. They gave me a work overload and when I complained about it, nothing was ever done and they hire on there family members fresh out of High School and won't give the employers a chance to grow within. And if you don't fit in with the managers and supervisors, you get treated very poorly. This is a terrible company to work for and I wouldn't give this job opportunity to my worst enemy
