Good employees are leaving by the bucket loads because the company no longer gives raises, has terrible benefit packages and is so top heavy, the amount of overtime required is undoable. No one is able to take their PTO because there is too much work to be done or managers won’t approve. This is a sinking ship. Run, don’t walk.
