Leadership has corrected the course and got the company on the way to some amazing growth and potential. Product and Engineering have taken huge leaps in my time here on the platform and our ecosystem has ballooned along with the partner network. Marketing leadership has some amazing things on the horizon to expand our reach. An amazing portfolio of companies using the software and overall happy customers. Great culture, inclusive, inspiring, and motivated.

Pros

- Excellent Work life Balance. - Engaging projects/Interesting work. - Execs and managers that are engaged and revved up about personal and company growth. - Realistic projects and goals. - Generous time PTO system. A little over a year ago, the company went under new management, I started right at that transition and you could really see the impact the former CEO had on people, it wasn't good. It's been a steady awesome ride up with a really engaged team and lots of positive growth.

Cons

Honestly the only con I can think of is benefits could be a touch cheaper but the coverage is good. I expect this will continue to improve over time.
