      The mission is admirable. remote work.

      Cons

      If you are interested in providing quality care to clients, many of whom are suffering significant mental health crises, this may not be the place for you. The management focus is on numbers, not client care. The workload is not sustainable. The home life/work life balance is non existent. It isn’t a supportive environment providing opportunities to learn from each other. Instead, there is finger pointing and berating. Why help one another when it is easier just to use sarcasm and write employees off?

      Honestly, not much. I was so surprised how different this company turned out to be.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. It makes no sense why the entire company needs to work on “mountain time”. During the interview process I was told I would be able to make my schedule as long as I scheduled 28 clients per client. This was not true and they expect you to fill every hour with a client and if not then they will make you run groups. There is no time to complete paperwork, people randomly put new appointments on your schedule without notifying you first.

      Fully remote, if that is something you are looking for They do have a strong starting salary

      Cons

      You work for a call center, that's what it boils down to. 8 hours calling in and out to potential clients. So if you like staring at a screen for 8 hours this is for you. Very numbers driven, don't miss goal or the micromanagement will begin. Very long days, no work life balance. Weekend work. Benefits are not very good for being a mental health company. 100$ wellness stipend can't really be used on anything. Growing very fast, too fast as they are pushing too hard to get things done and workload gets overwhelming. Seems like eventually they will crash and burn.
