Pros
I loved my managers when I got hired, it felt like they were always on our side and our biggest advocates. The pay is also okay but you could make so much more working private practice tbh. The main thing I like is their commitment to the clients.
Cons
The newest development is they forced us to download software which allows them to spy on us. There was essentially no clinical training/guidance when I started, which was so stressful. I felt blindsided and unprepared for many emergency situations. You're basically expected to handle crises on your own, it's crazy that we have to fill out an entire form to get a crisis counselor and they don't come quickly. We're always doing something wrong or not enough same day admits. They are so hungry for admissions that they keep offering bonuses in exchange for poor work-life balance and don't even care to address the real reasons that people quit/leave.
