      Pros

      Great team members and the ability to work remotely is phenomenal.

      Cons

      This company is numbers driven and it leaves employees stressed and burnt out. For the pay it’s crazy work, you can lose yourself and lose your work/life balance.

      Pros

      One of best things about Charlie Health is the ability to work from home. You are given proper training on what your role entails, but they do not micro-manage you. You are trusted with your capabilities, but you're never thrown into the wind. I have had a LOT of jobs, but Charlie Health has the best work culture I have ever experienced in my life. It's the first time I actually love what I'm doing. The people are absolutely amazing. We really are just one big team striving to improve people's lives. Also if you are looking for diversity -- Charlie Health is where it's at.

      Cons

      Charlie Health has not been established for very long (2020), so it has some start-up culture vibes, which I know is not for everyone. They are always improving and updating things. The key difference between Charlie Health and other start-up practices is that here, we are all one team. You will NEVER feel alone. People constantly ask if you have any questions or need help with anything. Questions and feedback are not only encouraged, but I have been asked regularly about what can be improved to make things run more smoothly. Your opinions are truly valued. I will also say that Charlie Health is picky about who they hire, but this is because they want people who are passionate and fit the team-oriented culture. They take the time to make sure they have good people -- after all, it is a mental health company.

      The BEST Company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      Every person I have interacted with has shared in the sentiment that CH is the greatest company to work for. From day one I have been treated like an integral part of the team. Onboarding was seamless (they have perfected it). After all, we are all in the business of SAVING TEENS LIVES.
