      - Such nice people! Seriously, some of the nicest people work here - A great mission - Use of Salesforce which is very accessible and so handy to use while working

      Cons

      - It’s a start up so things are constantly changing, could be a pro for some, but was a con in my opinion - numbers driven!!!! It’s all about numbers, what you produce, how many calls you take, referrals you take etc. this is very very discouraging and sometimes seems like numbers are the only thing that matters - upper management micro- manages - no work life balance - PTO and benefits aren’t great

      good benefits package, supportive management, opportunities for growth

      Cons

      schedule does not allow for work/life balance, often felt guilted into working outside of work hours for the sake of "saving lives", hours are too long, and not enough time to complete required documentation, too many changes too quickly - hard to keep up at times.

      Worst work experience ever

      Pros

      The mission statement of helping high acuity at-risk teens and young adults, primarily in the LGBTQ community, was the primary draw.

      Cons

      Chaos and very poor management reigns here. This is a hard job without the duress, stress and distress of corporate ineptitude.
