      Pros

      Online and structured program for IOP, Family Therapy and Individual therapy using treatment modalities that match needs of clients. The clients are truly the focus! This is a start up company that is growing fast and maintaining quality and ethical therapeutic care of clients with having multiple layers of care services. They also offer free groups after discharge and coordination of care is a key area of success with discharge. Flexibility and compensation are competitive.

      Cons

      The demand for services is high and wait time is short.

      Pros

      - Amazing culture. Everyone here is so invested in the work we do. I truly did not know people could be this happy at their job. - Strong mission. We save kids lives. - A commitment to bettering the organization as we grow! - A CEO that will do anything to make this place better and help more kids, including answering the phones!

      Cons

      - Start up life is not for everybody, but that's okay! I love it and it keeps me on my toes! I feel like we are able to make real change here!
