While what the company is trying to do for mental health seems amazing they don’t care about their own employees mental health

Cons

They only care about hitting their numbers and set you up for failure. They won’t put you on a PIP before firing you. They lied about the culture of the company in the interview.

I get to make an impact on adolescents during a difficult time in their life.

Cons

My own mental health is regularly put at stake with more hours being demanded, more work being added on, I can't even properly document or focus on my clients. When you bring this up, you're put on the radar and probably won't be here much longer. How does a mental health company care so little for it's employees??
