Pros
The pay is decent—as long as People Ops doesn’t unexpectedly change your hours or miscalculate the deductions for those already high-priced benefits.
Cons
With the exception of the compliance team, nearly every other aspect has been a disappointment. This is by far the most disorganized healthcare company I have worked for. The persistent payroll issues and administrative errors make it more stressful to get paid correctly than to actually perform the job itself.
