Pros

The pay is decent—as long as People Ops doesn’t unexpectedly change your hours or miscalculate the deductions for those already high-priced benefits.

Cons

With the exception of the compliance team, nearly every other aspect has been a disappointment. This is by far the most disorganized healthcare company I have worked for. The persistent payroll issues and administrative errors make it more stressful to get paid correctly than to actually perform the job itself.

Pros

Ask for a high wage. You only get 5k increase at full license, and only 3 percent increase per review cycle otherwise. Wages are stagnant, and do not compare to other fully licensed positions. It's not a terrible place to work as a therapist, but it's not great either. One of the few good pros is AI note documentation for sessions.

Cons

Low salary. These people are REALLY into themselves. They really like data and KPIs, and therapists (the people who are the foundation of the work) are not valued enough... well, the company's version of value is more like a dog-and-pony show (a highly promoted, often over-staged performance). It lacks genuineness.

- The CEO micromanages her staff to the point of no trust. - Many inefficient workflows. - 'Backdoor' reference checks hold more weight than the candidate's performance during the interview process or the references they actually provide. - Ageism/discriminatory practices abound
