      Pros

      Amazing mission! The company is saving lives and providing services that are historically difficult to access. Incredibly talented individuals are working at this company. The organization has done a phenomenal job at recruiting top talent.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the organization is led by a founding team that focuses more on profits than actually helping children in crisis. At the highest levels of leadership, this company is FAILING. Leadership has no trust in those actually leading teams and advocates for leading through fear and aggression. Incredibly high turnover especially at higher levels of seniority. A constant theme of VPs being hired and leaving in less than 1 year due to conflicts with leadership.

      Pros

      I met some incredible people and gained a lot of experience. During the beginning of my employment, I thrived and didn't feel expendable.

      Cons

      The company is increasingly focused on numbers, numbers, numbers and has used a number of discriminatory practices on the clinical and non-clinical side of things. Clients are not receiving the level of care they used to. Loads of employees have left the company recently hence the numerous job openings you'll see online. There is immense pressure to over-perform for very limited compensation and benefits. Extremely toxic work environment.
