Pros

Learn the ins and outs of a mental health corp

Cons

the company was going downhill in terms of employee satisfaction. I would not recommend this job to anyone I know.

Pros

I am able to work from home.

Cons

I loved the idea of this company and its values but I have really struggled here. My job title and responsibilities changes on a week to week basis with no consistency making it difficult to meet requirements for the job. My team is put under extreme stress to do more than what one person is capable of. In the beginning I was working 10+ hour days with the expectation that this all needed to be completed. With this company being a start up it is understandable that many things change but the overall health and wellbeing of its employees is not valued.

Horrid.

Pros

It's remote work but there are rumors that that will be changing.

Cons

Insurance used to be fully paid but isn't anymore. Vacation and sick time are bundled into one and it's a really abysmal package for a start up, especially one that claims they care about self care and mental health. They also make it impossible for you to take your time off and have no protocol in place to cover workers should they need to take it. They're very much of the mentality, "we're remote so you can go on vacation and still work." It's a numbers game, they will overload your cases and then make you feel like a failure for not being able to keep up. Everybody wants to throw everybody else under the bus. They will change your entire job overnight so you never really know what you're doing from day to day. Everything is about making the venture capitalist investors happy and never about the actual quality of care being provided to the patients being shoved through the virtual doors like chickens in a poultry processing factory.
