Pros
- Very good onboarding experience and training. During your first weeks there, you will receive training on MacOS, Chromebooks, Sonicwalls, ConnectWise, RMM tools. There's a very defined employee onboarding structure at CTS that other companies really need to emulate.
- Great bosses. Can't emphasize this enough.
- Great culture, diversity, value, ethics, morals. Can't emphasize this enough.
- The CEO is involved in the day to day. He's not your classic relax at the golf range kind of guy. The directors and C-levels in this company all talk and collaborate with each other. It shows.
- Fantastic business growth in 2020, especially considering how many other MSP's struggled to cope with the changing environment. Employees were rewarded generously.
- Unlike other MSP's, Charter Technology is service first, client first. I've never worked at another company where Service Desk staffing is so saturated. Clients are happy. And this makes it easier for others to make sales, focus on business growth, manage projects, billing, etc.
- Documentation, procedures, workflows are very well defined, emphasized, and governed very strictly. Makes it easy to guarantee fast SD/NOC SLA's, and project turnaround times.
- CTS's labeling game (both internally and client-facing) is on point.
- Fantastic on-site face-to-face culture with clients. Very good Field Tech program. Client Managers also go on-site often. Office is often empty on summers and everyone's on-site.
- Very strong office culture, everyone is encouraged to support each other. It's rare to ask for help and not receive it.

- All the free pizzas you get in the office will make you gain weight.
