No over time, during the company high season you will work 60 plus hours. So that 10% becomes cheap change over all the hours you did not get recompense for. Hires poorly qualified personal. High stress job. Poor employees retention, employees tend to leave on a average of 1 to 2 years. Family health benefits will drain your paycheck.
