Pros

great work life balance and that is something that is missing these days. THere is a maximum of 40 hrs per week which is great to actually see your family.

Cons

terrible senior management leadership and the branch level at this time. It seems like some people understand normal common sense but there is a lack of entertaining normal sales behavior depending on your background.

Pros

Decent base salary for recent grads. Not many places offer a competitive salary along with a commission plan. Very good benefits.

Cons

Must work weekends. Highly stressful...sales focused. The job has been extremely 'dummied' down. Those that have a degree in Finance or Accounting, look for something that will challenge you. This job requires you to repeat a sales pitch without really learning what you're selling. No way to start a career. Each branch does NOTneed 8 bankers. By diluting the branch with too many bankers, sales opportunites are extremely limited, which allows Chase to techincally only be responsible for base pay. Incentive structures make commission near impossible to make.
