Pros

chase offers a good benefit package along with 401K and tuition reimbursement. They also have great training services which allow one to move up the corporate ladder. Promote teamwork along with leadership, if you are having trouble or are falling behind someone is there to help coach and even give you an easily attainable action plan.

Cons

Meeting the campaign goals are hard to achieve every quarter. They have very high expectations of referrals to bankers for sales. It seems that all they care about is the company P&L and their sales figures. They tend to be pushy with those whom are falling behind on sales. It gets roughly annoying after a while. Upper management seems to care more the bankers and the sales rather than whats going on behind the teller line.

Pros

One of the few banks still around. When you start your career here, it's great because you will learn a lot. The bank is humongous so you can leverage many resources the company has. People you work with are very good at teaching you the ropes. You are judged against very high standards, so you end up working very hard.

Cons

Too big; easy to get lost in the shuffle. When the round of layoffs came, the process was very political. If you were aligned with certain MDs or EDs that got let go, you were also in trouble. It was less based on your performance. Advice to Senior Management
