Pros

Very friendly environment, open culture. People there do try their best to want to serve their client.

Cons

The leadership is not very strong. It might be frustrating if your manager doesn't get his hands dirty while requiring you to see the whole picture and do all the works.

Pros

Very smart, friendly people. Extremely laid back, casual, and fun environment. Sophisticated technology. Extremely flexible and great work/life balance. Competitive salaries.

Cons

A financial firm in Kennett Square? No clearly defined career path or development so it is hard for some people to develop their career. Competitive salary eroded by high health insurance premiums.

Pros

The average tenure at Chatham is 4+ years and turnover is very low - so I was surprised to read the fairly negative comments on glassdoor - if it's really that bad, wouldn't turnover be much higher? Pros -Company is purpose-oriented, not just profit-oriented -Generally walks the walk in values and purposes -There are equal opportunities for employees to purchase company equity after 2 years -Compensation is competitive for market and area -Interesting work in high finance and great area to raise families -Software team is more like a startup, rapid innovation and new tech being used all the time -Leadership is transparent about most big decisions

Cons

Cons -Decision-making structure is sometimes unclear -Compensation and promotion philosophy is ambiguous
