      Growth is good, change is needed

      Pros

      Great people across the board. People want to see you succeed and knowledge transfer and internal team support is high. Growth causes change but it's good for business and the company seems to be adapting to the market needs.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than market and competitors are offering great opportunities for the same role but more money. Management doesn't seem to have the ability to make decisions at their level, everything has to be approved at the top.

      Pros

      - Great culture, not micromanaged, or being babysat by upper management unless you are not doing your job. - Amazing work/life balance. The best I have been a part of in my experience. - The ability to see how things work internally, and feel comfortable enough to suggest new ideas or an approach to better things. - Management does listen, beyond that is /dev/null.

      Cons

      - Training for the various products is severely lacking. The expectation to know all products offered without proper training is difficult. - Management of accounts and tech support can be lackluster, it's a "who you know" game in order to get proper escalation and support most times. - Yearly targets are solely based your numbers, not the scope of reality of the accounts. So, if you have a REALLY good year you have to meet, or exceed that number. - Career opportunities internally are lacking, more opportunities are presented from customers. - Change is S-L-O-W.

      Pros

      - Flexible hours - Stable company, which doesn't fire people - Good as temp job for students and grads to gain experience

      Cons

      - Hard work, low pay. They count every shekel they spent on you. A good employee = a cheap employee. You have just do your job and don't think too much (because it's too expensive). - No career opportunities. - Difficult to move to another team. - Boring monotonous work with the only challenge to work as fast as you can. - No training (presentations on CP products and teams are not training).
