      Pros

      -Stable work place, no laying off people for financial reasons.(so far) -Some job opportunities for log term employment. -on certain jobs you learn good skills for your career. -The company is rising and expanding all the time.

      Cons

      -stale and boring environment -low salaries -almost no resources are being spent on the employees compered to the industry: Events are cheap and only couple of times a year Food can only be ordered inside Computers and equipment is cheap Simple things like paper cups for coffee is always missing -The ratio of work and employees is bad

      Pros

      A good school where you can learn a lot about product development, software engineering and enterprise customers. Many possibilities to change positions within the company.

      Cons

      It seems the company is getting a bit less innovative than it was when it first launched in 1994. Today some of the company's innovation is done by acquiring other companies. Salaries are relatively low.

      Big name, safe place, but cheap

      Pros

      Big stable company. No mass layoffs. Great name on your resume. Conveniently situated near railway station. Chances to work on the latest security technologies. Various products and teams, many opportunities inside the R&D. Professional courses and lectures on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Compensation is below average. As a result, high staff turnover. Occasionally, development process and business decisions absurdly affected by internal politics. No car leasing. In many ways, gives the feeling of a cheap company: cramped offices, mediocre take away meals is the only lunch option, etc.
