Pros
Good industry, good product catalogue, most people you work with are fun to be around. Benefits were pretty good.
Cons
Zero growth within the company. The politics between departments is a joke, no one wants to collaborate, just blame one another for poor results. Pay extremely low for market standard, layoffs happen often, they just spread them out over a few months. Working with an Israeli HQ is horrible, most of them are extremely rude and takes an age to finalize any decisions. Issues with commission every month. Don’t waste your time here.
