Pros

Okay pay, average benefits, usually fairly stable employment

Cons

Very conservative culture. They spent an entire day of onboarding warning new employees about Israeli culture and the rudeness, and it was pretty accurate. The company is terrible at marketing and positioning the solutions in the market. Some of the tech is actually pretty good, but is often hindered by actual usability. Internal teams are extremely siloed.
