you need to give it a bit longer than a normal company to fully respect the pros. very much a cultural company in the fact that our mothership is way over in Tel Aviv. Which has it's own challenges, but working with the local leadership usually fills in that gap however, did i mention you need to have some time here to understand the ins/outs of our culture and leadership so mileage can vary. CP does not always get it done right the first time, nor does it often happen the second time, but they do make right when the right local leadership in place- important. Yes there is turnover, and it's been more than i have ever seen in my tenure, however with the added world changes and unicorn startups, its a very flooded market with some great opportunities and including myself have considered (keeping the ears open). Legacy ways of doing logistics and backend processes can seem lack of priority or confusion but there is a reason for it, what it is I dont know. But I'm still here and happy:)
