Lower salaries and compensation plans than most companies in the High Tech industry. Managers are only provided an annual budget for team bonding events (the budget is just enough to cover costs for a night out at a semi fancy restaurant). There isn't a clear uniform organizational culture, it varies from office/department/country.

My experience with Checkpoint so far has not been one I would rave about. A few months in and a lot of my internal tooling and access is still not working. The help desk team has pretty much given up on trying to get my access to work and suggest I use a Virtual Machine for access instead. The internal structure of teams is highly disorganized, making it hard to find and reach out to the right team when you need to pass something along. This next point could be specific to my team, but I've noticed a burn out culture that has been accepted as the norm, with the expectation of working off outside of your normal work hours. Not a good work-life balance.
