      Growth is good, change is needed

      Pros

      Great people across the board. People want to see you succeed and knowledge transfer and internal team support is high. Growth causes change but it's good for business and the company seems to be adapting to the market needs.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than market and competitors are offering great opportunities for the same role but more money. Management doesn't seem to have the ability to make decisions at their level, everything has to be approved at the top.

      Great coworkers Solid mentorship for more entry level employees Flexible and understanding work hours

      Cons

      Company considers themselves an Israeli company first and foremost. American employees are treated very well, but the management practices and lay-off routine made me feel as if the US-based engineering teams are simply thought of as a stepping stone to export products to back to the Israeli HQ. This was made clear by the constant downsizing in the Bay Area office.
