      Pros

      Bleeding edge cyber and critical data security solutions - opportunity to move within the corporate organization - small enough to be a big fish quickly - large enough to make things happen

      Cons

      Compensation scheme for sales is to put the sales folks on an island and burn the boat. Not my idea for wealth creation. meaning they reduce the number of accounts and increase you quota 30% or more over actuals - well above thier growth rate - meaning your value diminishes each year you stay on board. at some point, you move on.

      Pros

      Awesome way to start learning about security with incredible benefits package. At least one trip to israel to see the head office, great experience all around. The diamond team specifically teaches you multiple facets of business and handling the security needs of some of the largest companies in the world.

      Cons

      The support team is essentially the lowest man on the totem pole as far as checkpoint is concerned they continually throw everything down on the support team and very little consideration from upper management is given in regards to feedback, direction, or compensation.
