      Great company for your CV, amazing colleagues from all over the world, free lunch (ok, premium food from fancy restaurants for 9NIS). Great product in fast-growing security industry

      Cons

      Salary below market level. The company constantly changing the rules of commission/bonuses plans, so be ready to get less than you expected. The company growing faster than the management could handle, a lot of internal process are a mess

      Some of the people I've worked with had great technical background. Pay was at market standard.

      Development cycle is extremely slow Technology adaptation in compression to other companies is really slow.
