      Pros

      Industry leading products, security focused, good quality of life with no micro management. Strong presense in fortune 100. Good team mentality on a local level.

      Cons

      Pay below industry standard. Pay structure prevents commission until following fiscal year. Closing a deal does not necessarily mean you'll be paid, othere sales teams can "steal" deals without your knowing or authority. HQ in Israel disconnected from rest of company. Very little spent on marketing products vs competition. No perks or club.

      Becoming a very large organization with many people and no longer the family it used to be. slow bureaucracy and politics sometime
