      Pros

      Excellent school, good place to get the practice form. Various opportunities in the R&D teams which cover several different fields, Hands on experience, daily work is interested.

      Cons

      Salary is very low - even considering the lowest section in the segment - still lower Raise are very low as well. Promotion migth takes time

      Pros

      Positive changes this past year. Complete 180 from where we were a year ago. Excellent decision to promote individuals to technical managers who understand the technology and have a true understanding of what we are going through. Sr. Manager is engaging and provides room for growth.

      Cons

      Know? None. employees who expect others to do their job have been let go or so the writiing on the wall and left on there own.

      Pros

      If you like software development then it's a nice place to work. Nice people. Central Tel Aviv office location. Free and subsidised food. Big office, many people. Regular training opportunities. They do take on fresh graduates, but sometimes the level of training is lacking. Which is a pro and con in one.

      Cons

      Management is top heavy. The compensation package lacks many perks found at other similar technology companies for example company car, business class travel, comprehensive healthcare and dental.
