      Poor communication from management. Israeli's tended to be arrogant towards Americans.

      Excellent product - and in demand. Many terrific lower and mid level employees who did their best...

      Cons

      Delegating to, and trusting of, employees would have taken this company a lot further. Micro management from the top holds everyone back. Management would change comp plans halfway through the year. Desire to cap pay and expenses after the fact.

      Good technology, leadership position in some markets

      Cons

      Slow, reactionary company in many ways, not enough innovations. No marketing what so ever. Sales engineers have to career growth neither are they respected. The business model is for sales engineers to stay for couple of years and then leave dis-satisfied with the support provided by the management.

      Many good mid-level managers who care. Willingness to look out for employees who need time off, etc.

      Cons

      Autocratic, lack of pay, the lack of management of the international cultural split, lack of work ethic from many people, managers not empowered to reward good employees or punish bad employees.
