      Pros

      Check Point is stable company to work for. The overall quality of life for employee is great. Free lunch daily for employees, fitness center and new hire training program that requires all employees to go to Israel.

      Cons

      Check Point management is little too controlling and is very strict in terms of getting approval from mgmt. and often put too many layers in the approval process and decisions are not made quickly. Communication is very poor from top to bottom of the organization. Some processes and procedures are too time consuming.

      Pros

      Checkpoint (CP) allows for growth within the company. CP allows you to grow within your particular field. CP often provides classes for their employees either individually or as a training program. Good performance is being rewarded with an annual Bonus program. CP provides free daily lunch to their employees.

      Cons

      Checkpoint seems to be disorganized at times. This may be a result of unclear communication from upper Management. It also seems that upper Management acts irrational at times beyond all reasoning. Communication between the international offices can be challenging at times in regards to attitude. One can get a feeling being in the military at times.

      Company pays for lunch and delivery.

      Cons

      Poor communication between groups. No communication from upper management regarding company strategy. Information shared and disseminated throughout the company only on a select, need-to-know basis.
