Very structured kind of work, good Brand recognition, innovative products coming up, very familiar kind of company culture in Germany

Cons

Not much place for own initiatives due to very centralized management approach, lot of internal changes coming up

It's a good place to park, if you are horrible at sales and are looking for just a paycheck

Cons

-Company does not care about innovating. Cannot keep up with competition -Code is super buggy. -Losing Fortune 500 clients left and right to the competition -CEO does not care about sales or clients, Only about lining his pockets -CFO secretly runs sales with an iron fist -CRO is a micromanaging former Israeli bank technology exec. (enough said there)
