hard Work is always appreciated by Management, Job security is a plus. Company isn't under any threat of going down-under, and lay-offs are not common

Always short-staffed, which means tons of pressure and work. Low pay compared to other companies.

Pros

Job security, as long as you are doing your job or trying your job is secured

Cons

However, you end up hitting a wall as you try to move up. You have to actively look for new position and push for them otherwise they won't provide them. Pay is not what the industry standard is for the workload.
