Cons
Less Salary Compared to Other Competitors. Team Managers do not have needed control over some important Decisions. Lack of Entertainment Benefits after Covid.

The company has good remote benefits around the world; you can work with multicultural teams. The scope of the company is clear and easy to follow as a new team player in cybersecurity.
Cons
The training is not good enough. Aside from my teammates, I didn't feel like I was part of a larger purpose. The turnover rate seems to be high.

Pros
Great benefits, work-life balance, and there is a ton of room to grow into different roles. The scope and expanse of Check Point is far-reaching so there's always something new to learn if you are curious or enjoy being knowledgeable about cyber security.
Cons
Remote teams are usually far flung across territories so it can be hard to get immediate help due to meetings and being at the mercy of someone's calendar. Normal "corporate" red tape and delays for needed changes to processes.

Pros
Check Point offers many opprtunities for inexperienced/junior candidates. Mobility is possible and even encouraged. Training is a core value. It's a great place to build your skills and expertise. While salary is not on par with the competition, the whole package of benefits makes compensation reasonable.
Cons
Experienced and highly accomplished individuals will find compensation too low and the 'cost of staying' grows exponentially. The management is very centralized and conservative. You have to go all the way to the top for approvals on relatively minor things. There's very little respect to subject matter experts unless they're a part of the 'fan club' close to the CEO.
