Pros

The best thing about working at Checkered Flag is the ability to purchase car and get your car worked on at employee rates from the first day of employment.

Cons

I find it laughable that in one day so many "positive" reviews have been made. The hours are horrible, there is no work around, there is no loyalty to employees and if you are looking for a company that will value your input, well this isn't it. The people in management positions are not qualified to do their jobs.

Great pay, great benefits, poor ethics

Cons

If you do not hit your sales numbers your history and they can change there pay plan anytime they want too..meaning your salary can be altered at anytime the company chooses. A company that looks out more for its management more then its floor employees
