It's an easy job, with lots of characters.

Cons

Long Hours, Poor Management, Low Pay-Base and Commission, Few days off, Poor Morale, and VERY political (better be their favorite!)

My colleagues were a pleasure to work with and have become friends.

Cons

No work-life balance. Worked 12 hrs/day, 5-6 days/week with only 2 weeks PTO. When a colleague takes time off, you're screwed. Your performance is rated in customer surveys even on items you can't control such as the parking convenience at the dealership. Money was good, but when you add up the hours you work to get there, it becomes less desirable. I've told people not to take this job, they did, and they regretted it shortly thereafter.
