Pros
In general only the big name startups such as Slack, Uber, Airbnb, Pinterest etc. get press because of high funding rounds and PR frenzies every time they do something. Checkr is one of those companies that you haven't heard about but is not only doing extremely well as a company, but is also an AMAZING place to work for (which can't be said for many startups). The onboarding program is great, as well as the overall inclusion and company culture of openness, hard work and enjoying working with your fellow employees. I am so glad I interviewed and received an offer to work here because I am learning so much from our leadership and rest of our team on a daily basis, and am proud to be part of this high growth company! I would recommend Checkr to anyone looking to learn a lot about how we are disrupting the background check industry while being a part of a startup with a validated business model, solid management, and a great set of employees.

None so far, management is doing a great job of attracting/retaining talent as well as supporting customer needs.
