Pros

Good people, management invests in their employees. Also, they take care of their employees. Lots of free food, drinks, perks, etc that you'd expect from a startup

Cons

The work itself can be taxing, dealing with angry callers can be demoralizing.

1. People: transparent, always willing to help, energetic, positive, and genuine 2. Work: Challenging and meaningful. At times, the workload can get intense, but everyone here works for success and not by the clock! 3. Benefits: by far the best compared to other startups

Cons

Hoping to have 401(k) option, but I am very happy with existing benefits this company offers already!
