Pros

You will be working with the best tools you can have to develop. Good peers, open to help and contribute.

Cons

Changes happen frequently, and each developer's performance is important. You are evaluated every quarter. Salary increases will depend on your performance.

Pros

Benefits are genuinely strong and competitive. PTO is flexible and supportive of work-life balance. The company once had a great culture with quality managers, especially before 2023.

Cons

• Since 2023–2024, the culture has taken a sharp downturn and hasn’t recovered. • Leadership—especially in operations—feels unqualified and inconsistent. Many new hires from BPO/outsourced backgrounds have weakened the company culture. • While they push for high performance, they lack the kind of leadership that inspires and guides people effectively. • Career growth is near impossible despite claims that they support employee development. • Too many useless workflows and constant organizational shifts that make things more frustrating than productive. • Many employees stay only because of the benefits; otherwise, turnover would likely be higher.

Pros

Strong appetite for innovation — especially around AI and automation — and real willingness to back transformative ideas with resources. High talent density; you’ll work alongside people who have scaled at other top-tier tech companies. Clear impact on both business and customer outcomes — teams here can move the needle fast if they align to goals. A leadership culture that values transparency, context, and results. Significant operational challenges to solve, which makes it a great environment for builders and problem-solvers.

Cons

Pace is intense and not everyone thrives in a high-change, high-accountability environment. Priorities can shift quickly; if you need long planning cycles or total stability, this may not be the right fit. Growing pains from scaling — processes can lag behind ambition in some areas.
