Pros

It's ok. You can make decent money. Most of the staff is somewhere between the tolerable and fun range.

Cons

Management changes all the time. Some good managers some horrible ones.

Pros

I get to make customers feel welcomed and appreciated for dining with us. I give customers, especially regulars extra attention.

Cons

The out door decks are not kept clean enough, napkin’s on floor, food left under tables from previous guests. It just doesn’t seem as clean as it should. I make sure I clean every menu on my shifts. Nobody else takes the time to do that. And when I’m done, the cleaning cloth is filthy! Don’t like that it’s a reflection on the restaurant and its employees. They don’t care enough, in my opinion.
