Pros

New CEO. Hopefully he makes big changes

Cons

Very bad management. They continue to be scammed by a CIO who is clueless when it comes to IT. He only cares about getting his company car, a paid apartment while he lives out of state, and a nice salary. This CIO brings in more clueless people he calls Directors. The IT department is so focused on Business Analysts instead of producing results. The business units don't need a babysitter to get in the way of doing something their unit is capable of doing themselves. Another waste of resources. They need to focus more on building stronger systems instead of dancing around waiting on everything to fail before hiring contractors or even outsourcing to Indian based companies who have a direct personal connection to the CIO. Who is cheating who? Management continues to use bully tactics towards employees. Not just IT. HR does this as well. Don't feel safe with HR either. HR always backs the management. Stay clear of the company. They use a handbook that states it's up to management discretion for all rules. They don't apply to everyone. They also divide the raises up based on their favorite employees and not by performance.

BAD PLACE TO WORK

Pros

There are no Pros working with this company because its a smoke screen to fool people into working there

Cons

When one sees the favoritism within the company its going to make you wonder what are you doing wrong. And when you apply for positions internally and you are turned down because you don't have the proper credentials but you hire someone from the outside who doesn't have the required credentials it makes you see how the groups in the company look out for their own. When you have Supervisors and Managers who feel they can do no wrong with their choices on how to run their departments and treat their co workers like low class citizens its no wonder more people are leaving the company.

Pros

Seems like it is a great place to work. Co workers were wonderful and very helpful to new employees.

Cons

Leadership needs a huge change. The engineering department especially. How could 1 manger hire and fire 6 people for 1 position in a year's time and not come under some sort of review? Ridiculous!
