This company doesn't care about its employees just the work they want done. There's no balance. You just have to work all the time until you go crazy. There are zero pros.

Cons

Managers, pay, benefits, there are no pros. They care that you work and do whatever they want whenever they want it. Hope you hate weekends

Most people (not in management) are very nice.

Cons

Extremely horrible middle management! Many department managers are horrible horrible people. I've seen 4 great employees quit some departments in a very short amount of time. Upper management fails to address employee concerns!!! Unless you have nowhere else to go, don't join this company. What a shame.
