Pros

fresh food no cans in our kitchen

Cons

to much pressure to produce on labor. the goal is guest satisfaction and growing sales but all you ever hear about is labor. # 1 goal is increase in sales however even thiugh weve posted the best #s profit and labor in region it never seems to be enough and new budget nedds to have lower labor. but we cant sacrifice guest satisfaction. you do the math

Pros

Decent benefits and comparable salary range! You get a fresh mex credit card to use quarterly for your benenifit. Busy!

Cons

Terrible quality of life and late late late hours. Salaried at 100 hours per week!! Ok not that many but usually at least 60!!

GREAT FOOD and DRINKS! Decent price points (so it's easy to build a ticket) Easy for people trying to balance work and life Large team work effort Clean environment

Cons

It is a restaurant, so it's naturally very hard work The kitchen staff can be rude Hourly pay is low, so income heavily depends on tips
