You get to build relationships with customers. Great as an entry level commission based job. It is also good for teenagers

A bit chaotic but Fun

Pros

Decent pay and more than half the staff in my home store were consistent. I was taken under the wing of a lot of the staff and taught a lot.

Cons

There were not too many downsides, I was on a positivity kick while working here and only trying to see the good things. I did have a hard time during a store management change but overall it was ok.
