Horrible pay. Under $30k for store manager. All bonuses and incentives taken away over the years.

Cons

Too much temptation to spend paycheck; pay is fair for what I do, but would need to make more $.

Thanks for taking the time to post a comment. At Chico's FAS we take work-life balance very seriously. We offer generous PTO and want out Associates to use it. Unfortunately, in retail there will always be "blackout periods" during which it may be more difficult to take PTO. We encourage Associates to request time off in advance when possible.
