Going downhill for the sales force

Pros

Great discount, decent "bonus" for large sales, good benefits, very fast paced especially for management.

Cons

No "bonus" for all sales under $150, stores are micro managed, fear based leadership, no time to complete all tasks given to management especially considering all managers are required to have no less than an average of $24 bonus for every 8 hour shift worked.

Pros

Keep up with style trends. Nice place to work. Can get time off if you put in soon enough so pretty flexible.

Cons

Retail hours are not for everyone because it is a commission based position it is competitive and not always fair.

Great pay but not supported by DSM's

Pros

Great pay and great BONUS pay! Customers are lots of fun to help and make clothing purchases!

Cons

Not enough support from DSM's. DSM very condisending and not productive in feedback. Store was running 113.9% to plan YTD and I was told that was not enough, needed to make up for what the district was down. Didnt think the manager should be on the sales floor competing for sales, instead should be on sales floor building sales for associates, and coaching for desired results.
