Pros

Honestly they have no pros.

Cons

Office manager is uneducated on healthcare protocols and doesn't seem to care about patient care as long as the shift is covered, upper management all the way to the CEO is completely out of the loop and very political when it comes to raises, promotions, etc.. You get 5 DAYS of vacation a YEAR! Management does not listen to their employees concerns or address any issues that come up which continues to create more issues in the future. There is such a huge turnover for a small company and just a complete lack of care for their job. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WORK HERE! ALSO any good reviews on here are from nurses who received a gift card after they submitted their reviews, so take the good ones with a grain of salt.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our benefit packages. We wanted to give you an update and let you know that your input has a difference. Earlier this year we made changes to our PTO policy that will allow our field staff to accrue more PTO the longer they are employed with us. We offer you best wishes for your career and appreciate your time in assisting us.

Pros

Management listens and truly cares. If there is ever any issue or concern, which in any job there can be, all we have to do is contact them and it is immediately handled without fear of repercussion. We never go without basic necessary supplies to do our job- which sometimes happens in home health- and always have above and beyond provided for us. Our calls are always answered and the office staff will come out to our locations immediately if we need them. I could honestly go on forever and brag about home amazing the Hill Country office is- Billie Jean and Dawn are just exceptional! We always have hours and if we need time off we don't have to worry about that, either. We are a team and a family. Best home healthcare company to work for in the hill country- from the CEO- who we've all met and see often, btw, to the other nurses, hands down!

Cons

I can think of none. They are upfront, honest, and transparent. No games, no saying one thing and doing another. Wonderful.
