Organization has a great mission to better the lives of all children. Almost everyone who works there truly cares for patients and their families. They also provided average benefits for employees.

Cons

A very tough work environment when it comes to balancing a personal life with work. Employees are dedicated and happily work evenings and holidays thus spending time away from their families. Childrens doesn't value long term employees and has a history of terminating employees after decades of experience.
