      Management brings the hospital down.

      Pros

      Great patient care. Great location. Excellent aesthetically with bright colors and Windows and a lot of employee appreciation ice cream treats.

      Cons

      Management is completely disorganized with no foresight -- always trying to solve problems at last second instead of planning ahead. Parking situation is also terrible for employees.

      Pros

      Great support for learning, great night managers, pay is competitive with other hospitals and states, wonderful atmosphere, and overall focus on children and bettering their lives. Also, open and non-punitive as far as suggestions for care of employees and patients/families.

      Cons

      Staffing is tight right now but they are open about working on it.
